Rohit Agarwal
(Practice Leader- Advisory, Audit and Direct Taxation)
Having professional qualification of a CA, CS and B.Com(H). He has about 8 years of experience in various aspects of Finance & Accounts and his expertise lies in Startup Advisory, Auditing, Direct Taxation and corporate controllership.
His interests are in setting up processes in the organisation, linking Operations with Finance for startups to facilitate processing and Business scalability. His work experience includes companies like BAS & Co. LLP, Consero Global Solutions, Doortask Technologies & Artha Niti Advisors where he has worked with clients like BSNL, Amul, Webel, Aditya Birla Group, Canara Bank and different SMEs with sector diversification.
When Rohit is not busy meeting clients, he loves motivating and counselling people and is an evident foodie.
Tasneem Attar
(Practice Leader- Head of Delivery, Indirect Taxation and Assurance)
Tasneem is a CA with about 8 years of work experience with Big 4 Audit Firm like Deloitte, Financial Service domain like Oracle, and other Mid Size CA Firms.
She specializes in Audit & Assurance and Indirect Taxation. She is the backbone of our Audit and Indirect Tax delivery.
She adds a lot of value in getting new ideas to not only execute work but also set up processes to make the operations more channelized. Her experience is backed by hands-on clients like Prestige Constructions, Altran Technologies, Taj Hotels, SIDBI, WPP Group Companies, etc.
When it’s not a busy audit season, Tasneem loves getting some hands-on her Art & Craft Skills.
Nikita Agarwal
(Practice Leader- Legal, Secretarial and Company Law)
Nikita is a Company Secretary and specializes in company law matters. She has about 5 years of working experience with corporate and mid-size firms. She was associated with companies like PWC, Emami Ltd, and K. Derasari & Co.
She has hands on experience on Company law matters, ROC Fillings, MOA & AOA Analysis and alterations, SEBI (LODR) noting, Incorporations, Drafting of Minutes and other statutory compliances in accordance with Companies act, 2013.
When Nikita is not busy weighing the law provisions, she loves spending time with the loved ones and is a movie buff.
